Flight Scheduler

The flight schedulers are at the forefront of the charter division. We take pride in providing exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond the ordinary. All applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience. Aviation experience is a plus. Schedulers arrange all charter and aircraft owner trips by coordinating all Fixed Based Operator (FBO) services, aircraft handling, passenger amenities, and flight crews. They are regularly expected to exceed customer and client expectations to make sure each flight is smooth by prearranging authorizations, permits, and catering for each trip. Essentially each flight scheduler is expected to work independently and with a team in a fast paced environment with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Respond to all charter and aircraft owner emails
  • Work independently and with a team in a fast
    paced and high volume environment with
    emphasis in accuracy and detail
  • Provide accurate charter quotes that fulfill our
    customers’ requests
  • Schedule trips and coordinate FBO services,
    aircraft handling, passenger amenities and flight
    crew accommodations
  • Arrange and obtain flight related authorizations, including Canadian and Mexican permits, and international over flight permits, Customs and eAPIS for international flights
  • Ensure that all crewmembers assigned to each
    flight meets our client’s qualification requirements
  • Be able to build a relationship with our customers,
    Advanced Air owners and pilots
  • Monitor and flight follow all trips, by checking and
    coordinating ground transportation, catering and
    on time scheduled departure
  • Review invoices, expenses and fuel pricing for
    each charter and owner trip as needed
  • Process close outs for each trip as needed
  • Act as a liaison between scheduling and Advanced
    Air owners
  • Be part of our On-Call schedule to assist in charter

Requirements:
  • Pass FAA Drug and Alcohol testing, background checks and submit to random drug test when required

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The Customer Service Representative is to provide exceptional customer service to each and every person that interacts with our brand. The Customer Service Representative represents Jet Center Los Angeles in a positive and professional manner while acting as the primary contact for FBO guests, and assists in creating a positive environment, consistently exceeding customer expectations. The Customer Service Representative performs assigned tasks related to providing services for aircraft owners, pilots, corporate aircraft, passenger charters and other general aviation aircraft.   • Provide highest quality of customer service at all times
  • Answer and direct calls at the multi-line phone station
  • Be the first point of contact for all guests/ passengers when they enter FBO, determine their specific needs, deliver above expectations and ensure proper follow-up

LINE SERVICE PROFESSIONAL

The Line Service Professional is a customer service position that is responsible for supporting all ground operations for inbound and outbound aircraft, flight crews and passengers. In addition, Line Service is a support position to other departments: Charter and Facilities. Line Service Technicians require the following: good decision-making skills, the ability to follow company procedures, flexibility in a dynamic working environment, as well as a good interpersonal skills. Your safety is important to us. Line Service Professionals works with fuels and other flammable and hazardous materials. Proper procedures must be followed. The ramp area is a high noise environment and busy in movement so use of proper hearing protection equipment is required and safety vest. Operating vehicles and moving aircraft in close proximity of people, buildings and other aircraft require extreme caution. Procedures must be followed for your personal safety, as well as the safety of others and protection of the company and customer property.

AIRCRAFT DETAILER

The Aircraft Detailer is responsible for detailing high end luxury aircraft for corporate and private aircraft owners and operators. The Aircraft Detailer performs labor intensive, hands on work to ensure all aircraft’s interior and exteriors are professionally detailed following and prior to departures. The Aircraft Detailer must be able to work in a team environment or independently, under limited supervision and go above and beyond consistently exceed our customer’s expectations.  Non-traditional hours are required.
